Public Notice - Non-Revolving Line of Credit Evaluation Committee - August 31, 2026

Pana­ma City – Bay Coun­ty Air­port and Indus­tri­al Dis­trict (Dis­trict) issued an Invi­ta­tion to Nego­ti­ate (ITN), for a non-revolv­ing Line of Cred­it and is hold­ing a pub­lic meet­ing for the eval­u­a­tion com­mit­tee to dis­cuss and deter­mine a rec­om­men­da­tion of award based on review of Respon­dent submittals. 

The Pub­lic meet­ing will be held on August 31, 2026 at 10:00 AM, CDT at the North­west Flori­da Beach­es Inter­na­tion­al Air­port. Per­sons inter­est­ed in attend­ing shall report to the Dis­trict Board Room on the sec­ond floor of the Ter­mi­nal Build­ing at the time and date spec­i­fied above.

If any per­son decides to appeal any deci­sion made with respect to any mat­ter con­sid­ered at this meet­ing or hear­ing, such per­son will need a record of the pro­ceed­ings and may need to ensure that a ver­ba­tim record of the pro­ceed­ings is made. This includes the tes­ti­mo­ny and evi­dence upon which the appeal is to be based.

The Dis­trict adheres to the Amer­i­can with Dis­abil­i­ties Act and will make rea­son­able accom­mo­da­tions to allow access to the meet­ing upon request. Request may be made to the Dis­trict at least 48 hours in advance of the meeting.
