NOTICE OF PUB­LIC MEETING

Pur­suant to sec­tion 286.011, Flori­da Statutes, notice is here­by giv­en for Eval­u­a­tion Com­mit­tee Meet­ing in regards to RFP-2026 – 02, Air­port Con­ces­sions, will be held on Jan­u­ary 27, 2026 at 9:00 A.M. at the District’s Board Room, 6300 West Bay Park­way, Pana­ma City, Flori­da 32409, 2^nd Floor, in the Ter­mi­nal Building. 

The pur­pose of this meet­ing is to pro­vide final scores and allow the Eval­u­a­tion team to dis­cuss the rec­om­men­da­tion of award. 

Remote access to the meet­ing will be avail­able via Zoom uti­liz­ing the infor­ma­tion below. If an indi­vid­ual does elect to join remote­ly please con­sid­er doing so five min­utes before the meet­ing start time.
