David Marks As Man­ag­er Of Infor­ma­tion Tech­nol­o­gy And Rhon­da Deaton As Man­ag­er, Mar­ket­ing And Communications

PANA­MA CITY, Fla. – (May 16, 2025) – North­west Flori­da Beach­es Inter­na­tion­al Air­port (ECP) announces David Marks as Infor­ma­tion Tech­nol­o­gy Man­ag­er and Rhon­da Deaton as Man­ag­er of Mar­ket­ing and Communications.

As ECP con­tin­ues to expe­ri­ence extreme growth, air­port man­age­ment expands their team with two new mem­bers. David Marks brings over twen­ty years of tech­ni­cal knowl­edge and lead­er­ship. Through­out his dis­tin­guished career, David has held key roles includ­ing Direc­tor of Infor­ma­tion Tech­nol­o­gy, Senior IT Project Man­ag­er, and Infra­struc­ture Project Man­ag­er. His com­pre­hen­sive back­ground spans tech­ni­cal oper­a­tions, strate­gic project lead­er­ship, and team devel­op­ment. Attrib­ut­es that will pro­vide a valu­able addi­tion to the Airport’s lead­er­ship team.

Like­wise, Ms. Deaton brings more than two decades of exten­sive and dynam­ic expe­ri­ence in mar­ket­ing, com­mu­ni­ca­tions, pub­lic engage­ment, and avi­a­tion busi­ness devel­op­ment. Rhon­da has held key lead­er­ship posi­tions with­in avi­a­tion such as
Air Ser­vice Devel­op­ment Man­ag­er, Direc­tor of Mar­ket­ing and Com­mu­ni­ca­tions, and Busi­ness Devel­op­ment, Real Estate Man­ag­er. An award-win­ning tourism innovator, 

Rhon­da has suc­cess­ful­ly devel­oped, pro­mot­ed, and exe­cut­ed projects that dri­ve com­mu­ni­ty engagement.
