Pana­ma City – Bay Coun­ty Air­port and Indus­tri­al Dis­trict (Dis­trict) issues this Invi­ta­tion to Bid (ITB) seek­ing a qual­i­fied and licensed ven­dor to sup­ply and install four (4) fire­line back­flow pre­ven­ters at ECP.
