ECP ADDS NEW NON­STOP SEA­SON­AL ROUTE ON AMERICAN

AMER­I­CAN AIR­LINES ADDS NON­STOP SEA­SON­AL SER­VICE FROM ECP TO AUSTIN

PANA­MA CITY, Fla. (Feb­ru­ary 2, 2023) – North­west Flori­da Beach­es Inter­na­tion­al Air­port (ECP) wel­comes new non­stop sea­son­al ser­vice on Amer­i­can Air­lines this weekend. 

Amer­i­can Air­lines will begin new non­stop sea­son­al ser­vice on Sat­ur­days this Spring between ECP and Austin Bergstrom Inter­na­tion­al Air­port (AUS).

“This new route not only serves the demands of our local pas­sen­gers, but it expands options for trav­el­ers out west look­ing to vis­it our grow­ing Region,” said Park­er W. McClel­lan Jr., A.A.E., ECP Exec­u­tive Direc­tor. ​“We are proud to work with Amer­i­can Air­lines and all of our air­line part­ners to best serve pas­sen­gers head­ed to and from our most pop­u­lar destinations.”

The sea­son­al flight between AUS and ECP will oper­ate on Embraer ERJ-175 air­craft on Sat­ur­days between Feb­ru­ary and Sep­tem­ber 2023. The new route is in addi­tion to the Airport’s exist­ing non­stop sea­son­al ser­vice between ECP and Austin on South­west Airlines.

Flights from ECP to Austin depart at 11:32 a.m. and arrive at 1:56 p.m.

Pas­sen­gers may begin book­ing flights immediately.
