ADVER­TISE­MENT AND NOTICE TO BIDDERS. 

The Pana­ma City Bay Coun­ty Air­port and Indus­tri­al Dis­trict dba North­west Flori­da Beach­es Inter­na­tion­al Air­port is seek­ing sealed bids from qual­i­fied firms for all work and mate­ri­als nec­es­sary to com­plete the North Ter­mi­nal Apron Expan­sion Project detailed in the Bid Pack­age and Project Man­u­al (Con­tract Doc­u­ments) dat­ed April 18, 2024. Inter­est­ed Bid­ders may obtain the Con­tract Doc­u­ments from the Demand­Star web­site: http://​www​.demand​star​.com. The scope of work will include con­struc­tion ser­vices for a new Air­craft Apron to sup­port the North Ter­mi­nal Con­course expan­sion. The apron will include paving, drainage, stormwa­ter man­age­ment sys­tem mod­i­fi­ca­tions, secu­ri­ty, poten­tial relo­ca­tion of some exist­ing util­i­ties, apron light­ing mod­i­fi­ca­tions, apron mark­ings, final grad­ing, grass­ing, and oth­er com­po­nents relat­ed to the project. The new apron will be approx­i­mate­ly 26,400 square yards of PCC con­crete and designed to accom­mo­date all clas­si­fi­ca­tions of air­craft. The apron will con­nect to the exist­ing ter­mi­nal apron and will include apron light­ing as required. A non-manda­to­ry Pre-Bid meet­ing will be held on April 25, 2024, at 2:00 pm local time in the North con­fer­ence room, 1st floor of Ter­mi­nal, North­west Flori­da Beach­es Inter­na­tion­al Air­port, 6300 West Bay Park­way. Sealed Bids must be sub­mit­ted as direct­ed in the bid pack­age no lat­er than May 17, 2024, by 2:00 pm local time. Bids shall be made on the Bid Pro­pos­al Forms fur­nished in the Con­tract Doc­u­ments. Date April 18, 2024.
