The descrip­tion of com­modi­ties or con­trac­tu­al ser­vices intend­ed for pur­chase from a sin­gle source is post­ed in accor­dance with the District’s Pur­chas­ing Pol­i­cy and Sec­tion 120.57(3) of the Flori­da Statutes and will remain post­ed for a peri­od of sev­en (7) busi­ness days.

Quan­ti­ty and/​or Ser­vice detailed description: 

Pro­vide and install new License Plate Recog­ni­tion (LPR) equip­ment, an exten­sion of the cur­rent TIBA Park­ing equip­ment. Instal­la­tion includes trench­ing, cut­ting, patch­ing asphalt and con­crete. Smart Park Upgrade, Servers for LPR, Switch­es for LPR and arm­ing loops are included.

Gor­rie-Regan & Asso­ciates Inc. is the only TIBA approved ven­dor to pro­vide and install the addi­tion­al com­po­nents for the cur­rent Park­ing Man­age­ment configurations. 

INSTRUC­TION TO RESPON­DENTS OF SIN­GLE SOURCE:

“Ven­dors are required to sub­mit detailed doc­u­men­ta­tion that clear­ly pro­vides evi­dence that it can pro­vide the commodities/​services that are described here­in. The Dis­trict will review all sub­mit­tals and deter­mine whether a com­pet­i­tive pro­cure­ment is need­ed or if the Dis­trict can move for­ward with the award to the single/​sole source vendor”.
