INSTRUC­TION TO RESPON­DENTS OF SIN­GLE SOURCE:

Ven­dors are required to sub­mit detailed doc­u­men­ta­tion that clear­ly pro­vides evi­dence that it can pro­vide the commodities/​services that are described here­in. The Dis­trict will review all sub­mit­tals and deter­mine whether a com­pet­i­tive pro­cure­ment is need­ed or if the Dis­trict can move for­ward with the award to the single/​sole source vendor”.
