As per the Pre-Pro¬pos¬al, Non-Manda¬to¬ry, Zoom Meet¬ing for Engi¬neer¬ing Ser¬vices RFQ Q&A, Phys¬i¬cal Site Tour Date, and Oth¬er Q&A, a site tour of the North­west Flori­da Beach­es Inter­na­tion­al Air­port was con­duct­ed on Decem­ber 10, 2020, at 9:30 a.m. (CST).

The tour was con­duct­ed by Richard McConnell, Air­port Deputy Exec­u­tive Direc­tor and Han­nah Walk­er, Air­port Oper­a­tions Agent.

Par­tic­i­pants receiv­ing the tour were: Joe Gam­mons of James & Moore and Asso­ciates, LLC.

Pri­or to begin­ning the tour, it was stat­ed that no ques­tions regard­ing the RFQ or the RFQ process would be answered dur­ing the tour. All ques­tions were to be sub­mit­ted through the RFQ process and would be answered via that process.

The tour con­sist­ed of inspec­tion of the ter­mi­nal build­ing, ter­mi­nal air­craft apron, and the over­all air­port prop­er­ty via the air traf­fic con­trol tow­er catwalk.

The tour last­ed approx­i­mate­ly 40 minutes.
