II. INSTRUC­TIONS FOR REQUEST­FORQUAL­I­FI­CA­TIONS (“RFQ”) SUBMISSION 

A. GEN­ER­AL

Sealed qual­i­fi­ca­tions shall be enclosed and secured in an envelope/​package and prop­er­ly marked and dis­played on out­side of envelope/​package bear­ing the name and address of Sub­mit­ter, solic­i­ta­tion name and solic­i­ta­tion num­ber. No oth­er infor­ma­tion shall be includ­ed or writ­ten on the out­side of the envelope/​package. The Air­port shall not be respon­si­ble for uniden­ti­fied Pro­pos­als. Sub­mis­sions should be either hand‐​delivered, sent via overnight deliv­ery, or mailed and addressed to: Exec­u­tive Direc­tor, North­west Flori­da Beach­es Inter­na­tion­al Air­port, 6300 West Bay Park­way, Box A, Pana­ma City, FL 32409. 

Pro­pos­als shall be sub­mit­ted no lat­er than 2:00 PM local time, Jan­u­ary 12, 2021 in the Admin­is­tra­tive Office at the address stat­ed above. If request­ed, only the names of the Sub­mit­ters will be made avail­able. No fac­sim­i­les, e‐​mails or tele­phone sub­mit­tals will be accept­ed. Any sub­mis­sion received lat­er than the 2:00 PM dead­line will be con­sid­ered LATE and will NOT be accept­ed. The Air­port is not respon­si­ble for late deliv­er­ies or submissions.
