INVI­TA­TION TO BID

ANNU­AL SPRING FER­TIL­IZ­ER (2023)

Based upon soil tests, for­age den­si­ty, soil type and indi­ca­tor species, the Pana­ma City-Bay Coun­ty Air­port and Indus­tri­al Dis­trict is accept­ing sealed bids for the fol­low­ing items:

1. 38 tons – 15−0−15 SR Fer­til­iz­er (with micronu­tri­ents) (no extra iron)

Spread acreage – 500 acres @ var­i­ous rates/​AC as spec­i­fied by Airport

(Price to include deliv­ery and application)

2. 88 tons – Dolomitic Lime

Spread acreage – 700 acres @ var­i­ous rates/​AC as spec­i­fied by Airport

(Price to include deliv­ery and application)

Fer­til­iz­er deliv­ery dates after April 15th, in coor­di­na­tion with Air­port Main­te­nance Depart­ment, pend­ing weath­er conditions.

Lime appli­ca­tion pri­or to May 15th, in coor­di­na­tion with Air­port Main­te­nance Depart­ment, pend­ing weath­er conditions.

Sched­ul­ing can be coor­di­nat­ed and is flexible. 

Award­ing of the bids will be based on price. 

Price to be good for 60 days after bid date. 

There is no express or implied oblig­a­tion for the Pana­ma City-Bay Coun­ty Air­port and Indus­tri­al Dis­trict to reim­burse respond­ing firms for any expens­es incurred in prepar­ing pro­pos­als in response to this request.

The Pana­ma City-Bay Coun­ty Air­port and Indus­tri­al Dis­trict reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any irreg­u­lar­i­ties or infor­mal­i­ties in any bid or in the bid pro­ce­dures, and to accept or reject any item or com­bi­na­tion of items.

Please pro­vide any ques­tions regard­ing this bid to (accounting@​pcairport.​com) no lat­er than 10 a.m. (CST) on Jan­u­ary 24, 2023. All ques­tions and respons­es will be post­ed to the Air­port web­site (www​.ifly​beach​es​.com) on Fri­day, Jan­u­ary 27, 2023. It is the respon­si­bil­i­ty of the bid­der to check the web­site for any addi­tion­al infor­ma­tion relat­ed to this bid.

Sealed bids must be deliv­ered to the Admin­is­tra­tive Offices of the North­west Flori­da Beach­es Inter­na­tion­al Air­port, 6300 West Bay Park­way, Box A, Pana­ma City, Flori­da 32409 by 2 pm on Jan­u­ary 31, 2023. Sub­mit­tals should include attached Exhibits A, B and C. Please pro­vide two (2) copies of the bid in a sealed pack­age clear­ly and promi­nent­ly labeled:
