The country’s premier festival for songwriters kicks off in January 2015 when more than 150 performers descend upon Northwest Florida’s scenic Highway 30A. The 6th Annual 30A Songwriters Festival is set for January 16-18 and features headline performances from nationally-recognized artists Graham Nash, Jason Isbell, Indigo Girls, Leon Russell, Shawn Mullins, Sara Watkins (Nickel Creek), Glen Phillips (Toad the Wet Sprocket). The 2015 event will feature 150 songwriters and over 200 performances at more than 25 venues along Highway 30A in beach communities including WaterColor, WaterSound, Alys Beach, Gulf Place, Rosemary Beach, Grayton Beach, Seacrest and Seaside, all set against white sand beaches, turquoise waters and the unique architecture of Highway 30A. The 30A Songwriters Festival shines a light on songwriting from a variety of musical styles ranging from folk and country to rock and blues and is quickly becoming one of the most in-demand music festivals in the Southeast.
